During the grooming procedure, everyone's safety comes first, both the people and the animals. We ask that you do not interrupt the grooming procedure as it can become unsafe when the dog gets excited or distracted. Matted pets will naturally need to be cut shorter as this is the safest method to remove tangled fur and all efforts will be taken to do this in a safe and humane manner. Muzzles may be used for dogs that are uncomfortable with certain parts of the grooming process which is harmless to them and provides safety to both pet and groomer. We reserve the right to refuse services for aggressive dogs, difficult dogs or dogs that behave in a way that deems it unsafe to continue or complete the grooming process. Payment for services completed will be applied.
